After the documentary there is time to connect with each other in a group setting and share your insights, impression and take-aways while enjoying a drink and snacks.

Where: Sarphatistraat 14 in Amsterdam

Time: 10 am until 1 pm

Included: Coffee, Tea, Lemon water and snacks

Ticket price: 20,- euro per person

Bring someone along for 15,- euro

Extra info: We limit the amount of guests to 7 to keep the group small and not overwhelming. If the tickets are sold out, we will put you on a waiting list and we will inform you about the next event date.

About the event

A small and cozy event for HSPs and their loved ones to learn more about the trait of High Sensitivity from the documentary 'Sensitive, The Untold Story' and from experiences of fellow HSPs.

Together we will watch the documentary 'Sensitive, The Untold Story', which is written by the pioneer in the research of high sensitivity Dr. Elaine Aron and directed by Will Harper.

Afterwards we will share our insights, impression, take-aways and experiences while enjoying a drink and snacks.

Language: Dutch.

Language documentary: English with Dutch subtitle.

Who is it for?

This event is for HSPs (HSP is short for Highly Sensitive Person) and their loved ones, who are interested in learning more about the trait of High Sensitivity in a cozy and safe setting.

WHO WE ARE

About Women Codes

Women Codes is the integrative and lifestyle practice of Seema Bansropansingh.

She is a general practitioner, an integrative- and lifestyle doctor. She is also specializing in integrative acupuncture.

In her thirties she discovered that she had the HSP-trait. But only recently, also with the help of Anna, she sees this trait as a superpower rather than a weakness.

She helps other women create awareness about health, especially if they also have the HSP-trait.

About Heart Connections Living

Heart Connections Living is the coaching and mentoring practice of Anna Atienzo.

She is a certified coach and mentor for HSPs and uses her 20+ years of education and experience navigating life as an HSP to support her fellow HSPs on their unique life journey.

Her mission is to support HSPs transform their life experience from simply surviving to greatly thriving.

Our Mission

Our mission with these events is to spread more awareness and understanding about the trait of high sensitivity.

The majority of HSPs are experiencing challenges and problems that would be less or even non-existent if they knew about their trait and understood it better.

About 20% of the population is an HSP yet still so many people don't know about it. It's important that HSPs and non-HSPs gain a better understanding of this trait, because when the trait is taken into consideration, HSPs thrive and are able to use their gifts to contribute to a better world.
