Welcome fellow sensitive 😁

I'm so glad you're here. How are you doing and feeling in this phase of your life? I'm curious where you are in your HSP journey? Did you just learn about your highly sensitive trait? Or have you known for a while and looking for more tips and information and connection with other HSPs? Please let me know in the comments or send me a personal message.

No matter where you are, I want to invite you to approach your life journey with curiosity and excitement about what's possible for you and about everything you'll learn about yourself. Even though we have the high sensitivity trait in common, you're still a unique human being and the goal is to know yourself truly and deeply. Remind yourself not to compare yourself with others, but use other peoples experiences to inspire your own insights, to evoke your connection with your own inner compass and to remind you that you're not alone. Please honor where you are and the journey you've travelled so far. It's what makes you unique.

So since we're sharing where we're at in our HSP journey, let me share where I'm at. Right now I'm married to Manuel and together we have 4 children. I'll be turning 43 in a month. I've spent more than half of my life actively and deeply exploring my inner world. What I discovered is that my sensitivity actually functions as a very refined compass to living a love-based life. Every time I'm feeling off, down, or even in physical pain, it functions as a signal that I'm out of alignment with the vibration of love. Time and time again, I've marvelled at how it works. It usually takes some deep digging and thinking and analysing. I've often felt like a detective, trying to solve a case. But every time I solved the case, it would always make so much sense to me and I would immediately feel the difference in my emotional body. The heaviness would dissipate and it's replaced with insight and a feeling of relief, clarity and a weight off my shoulder. Every time I get an 'aha' I feel that I've grown a bit again. My sensitivity allows me to feel subtleties and nuances on multiple levels (mental, emotional, spiritual and physical). And I've grown to appreciate it, because it's such a reliable tool and it has always helped me evolve. Without this instrument I wouldn't be able to know where to look, where to go, what it is I can learn. My sensitivity enables me to connect with my intuition and with inner guidance. And it's been a crucial instrument in my self-discovery/ inner journey. This has helped me embrace and appreciate my sensitivity as a superpower. It's through this compass that I have been able to continue evolving and living the life I dreamed of.

Tell me, can you relate to this? Or does this sound vague to you? Let me know what questions come up for you, maybe I can answer them for you from my experience and perspective.

My intention is that this story can serve as a testimony for the advantage of our sensitive trait, or as a confirmation of your own experience with your sensitivity.

To conclude this blog: "Your sensitivity is a gift and you're not alone."

With love,

Anna
